A yoga therapist is a trained professional who uses the principles and practices of yoga to help individuals heal and improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By tailoring yoga practices to suit each person’s unique needs, yoga therapists can address various conditions such as chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and even recovery from injury or illness. This personalized approach fosters a deep connection between the mind and body, promoting relaxation, balance, and resilience. Yoga therapy is important because it offers a holistic, non-invasive method for healing, empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being in a gentle yet powerful way.

Krystal's approach is deeply rooted in healing the nervous system, which is often the root cause of many diseases and symptoms. She specializes in working with trauma, chronic pain, and mental health, helping individuals tap into their body's natural ability to heal. Krystal believes that we each have an inner "medicine cabinet," and when we discover the tools that work best for us, we begin to feel real change in our bodies. This process empowers us to reclaim our own power, marking the start of a transformative new chapter in life.

Hi, I’m Krystal—a certified Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 hours of specialized training. Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 15 years, and I’m deeply grateful to now share these healing practices with others.

Through my 1:1 yoga therapy sessions & small groups, I support clients using nervous system-informed practices designed to aid in trauma recovery, chronic pain, emotional stress, and anxiety. My approach integrates breathwork, meditation, asana (yoga poses), myofascial release techniques, nerve flossing, and the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. These tools have been profoundly transformational in my own healing and in the lives of those I work with.

It’s an honour to guide others toward greater balance, resilience, and connection—one breath at a time.
